The employees are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to public transport stops that give you quick access to the center of milan at anytime. It has a good breakfast and the room is nice to spend the night - not very big, but confortable and clean.

There was a very prestative person at the reception. It near a supermarket and other stores.

The building is very old,it looks dangereous , the hotel is in front of a public square,it was very noisy

The staff was excellent, spoke English well and helped us with everything. For its price the hotel was great, clean, comfortable, easy access to everywhere.

Just a nice hotel in a good, central neighborhood.

The Staff (two guys) are very helpful and nice. They directed us to the restraurant nearby where the food is very good. The hotel next to tram #12 and #23 ?? Five minutes and $2 will bring you to Duomo( the center of the city). Milan only has The Last Super and Duomo. So don't need to stay two days. Nice hotel & staff

The staff were very helpful and friendly - they spoke with excellent English. Excellent location and good value for money for a quick city stay.

The staff were great always helpful. The Manager always friendly.

There were some renovation work but that did not detract too much during my stay

This is a great little hotel, very quiet even though near a major street. It is well located, very convenient to Linate airport by public transportation (#73 bus), and easy to get to from the Central train station by #60 bus. Easy to get into center of city/Duomo by bus. Some great restaurants nearby, and not at all in a heavy tourist zone -- a real neighborhood experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was quite adequate.

The location was a 10 minute cab ride from Milan Central Station. The staff person who welcomed us, Ali, was absolutely as accommodating and nice as he could be. When he realized the error in our reservation he discounted the price of our room and gave us a bottle of wine to compensate. This didn't quite make up for the error, but he did as much as he could for us and we appreciated it.

I will first start by saying that I am not an overly picky traveler (definitely not a luxury traveler), but I know I can do better in probably any European city at this price point. All I ask for is clean, if spartan. They screwed-up our reservation. After booking and confirming the reservation via email two and a half weeks before our visit, we wound up with one bed instead of two. Because it was Fashion Week in Milan, they had no other rooms for us to switch to, and no other hotels to recommend. While I would stop short of calling it dirty, the hotel is terribly in need of an update. I would be upset, for example, if any other part of my person, aside from the soles of my shoes, made contact with the carpets. The room was so small we could barely move around the bed. The bathroom so small that the toilet has been built on a curve to accommodate for the bidet. The bedspread was clearly a curtain (it matched the fabric on the window), a la "the Sound of Music," but without the charm. The overall effect was dingy and the walls apparently so thin, that though we were conversing in normal conversational tones, our neighbors could hear us and were pounding on the wall.

The staff was friendly and breakfast was tasty.

We were put in an especially small room. I am not sure that all of the rooms were this small, and we were expecting small rooms in Europe, but this was by far the smallest. The location was also not excellent as we needed quick access to the metro which ended up be a 20-25 minute walk.

Only stayed one night and the staff where brilliant. They helped us with the best places to visit and eat as we only had a day. Breakfast was lovely too and we got some cereal and fruit.

We were a bit worried on arrival, as there was scaffolding all around the building, but it was sunday so noone was working. The first 2 floors of the hotel were brilliant but the rest of the floors above aren't finished - a building site. It wasn't too bad as we had to wake early and the drilling didn't start till about 8. If you like a lie in, either take ear plugs (good ones!) or don't stay here.

Friendly staff. A good location within walking distance of city sights on good transport routes. Clean comfortable room and affordble rates

As with any city break we do we find we are always out and about so no need for a very expensive hotel which we wouldn't enjoy. The location on the way into Milan from the airport was very convenient and being on a major bus/tram route into town mean't that we had no problem getting into town but the hotel was significantly cheaper than city centre hotels.

The room was adequate but small and basic, the sound proofing between rooms also was not great and noise was a bit of an issue but not very late at night so it didn't affect us sleeping.

Reception. Especially the guy named Omero (very nice and friendly). That's all!

Breakfast is awful. Location (far from anything).

The hotel was very well located, with many parts of Milan within walking distance. Staff were all friendly and helpful regardless of the time of day or evening.
